Teen Talk Youth Group is sponsored by Catholic Charities and St. Anthony Regional Hospital, with the purpose of reducing the stigma of mental health illnesses, improving health coping skills, and increasing positive thinking.
Mental wellness topics include:
- Vulnerabilities
- Anxiety/Stress
- Depression
- Healthy relationships
- Communication
- Intense feelings
- Suicide prevention
