The Active Bodies program is designed to help individuals improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall wellness in a supportive group setting. This program focuses on safe, guided movement to help participants stay active and maintain independence.
The Diabetes Prevention Program focuses on healthy lifestyle changes to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Participants receive education, guidance, and support related to nutrition, physical activity, and long-term wellness habits.
The Birth Place Experience Class helps expectant families become familiar with what to expect during their hospital stay. This class provides an overview of labor and delivery, postpartum care, and available resources at St. Anthony Regional Hospital.
Sibling Classes are designed to help children prepare for the arrival of a new baby. Through age-appropriate activities and discussion, siblings learn what to expect and how to feel confident in their new role.
Life Support Classes provide essential training and certification for healthcare professionals and community members. Courses may include CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
