Managing diabetes and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits can be challenging, especially when you’re doing it on your own. That’s why we invite you to join this free support group, where you can connect with others who understand the successes and struggles that come with managing your health.

This supportive environment provides an opportunity to share experiences, learn practical tips, discuss challenges, celebrate achievements, and gain encouragement from both peers and healthcare professionals. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, working to prevent diabetes, or have been managing your condition for years, you’ll find valuable information, motivation, and support to help you stay on track and achieve your health goals.

Group Information

When: Second Thursday of each month.

Time: 3:30pm – 4:30pm

Where: Surgery Center, Education Center, fourth floor, St. Clare Room.

Parking: Parking garage and elevator to the fourth floor
