Park on the second level of the parking ramp and enter through the Atrium entrance. Pass the greeter's desk, turn left, and take the elevator to the fourth floor.
Support Group Description
Living with diabetes can be challenging, but you don't have to manage it alone. The St. Anthony Diabetes Support Group provides a welcoming environment where individuals living with diabetes can connect, learn, and encourage one another.
Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been managing diabetes for years, this free support group offers valuable education, practical tips, and ongoing motivation to help you build healthy habits and improve your overall well-being. Participants have the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and gain support from others who understand the day-to-day challenges of living with diabetes.
This group is open to individuals diagnosed with diabetes and those who have completed the St. Anthony Diabetes Prevention Program.
