Health Professional Event
The AHA PALS Provider Course is designed for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children. In this course, students learn to evaluate, stabilize, and resuscitate critically ill pediatric patients. Using high fidelity simulation, this course will enhance your skills performing as a member of a team to treat cardiac arrest, respiratory distress or failure, and compensated or hypotensive shock.
Pre-course information and instructions for completing the mandatory pretest will be emailed to you upon receipt of your online registration. Review of the AHA PALS Provider Textbook is necessary for successful completion of the course. The PALS textbook is available for purchase on the AHA website: https://shopcpr.heart.org/courses/pals
A fee of $30, plus the cost of text if not returned, will be retained for cancellations received 10 days prior to course date. No refund for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the course date, though registration is transferrable to another person attending the same session.
St. Anthony reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment. If this occurs, participant’s entire registration fee will be refunded.
