Class Description
Staying active is one of the best ways to maintain strength, mobility, and independence. Active Bodies is a community exercise program designed for adults who want to improve their overall health and wellness in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Led by rehabilitation professionals, each session focuses on exercises that help improve balance, flexibility, strength, endurance, and functional movement. Participants work at their own pace while building confidence and developing healthy habits that support an active lifestyle.
Whether you're looking to stay active, recover from a health setback, or simply enjoy exercising with others, Active Bodies provides a fun and welcoming opportunity to keep moving.
