Class Description
Interested in improving your health through lifestyle changes? Join us for an informational discovery session to learn more about St. Anthony's year-long Lifestyle Change Program and determine if it's the right fit for you.
The program is designed for individuals who have not been diagnosed with diabetes but are interested in making healthy lifestyle changes to reduce their risk.
The year-long program will begin in late October and meet Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00 p.m. The exact start date will be announced soon.
