Support Group Description
Living with Parkinson's disease or another neurological condition can present unique challenges, but staying active and connected can make a meaningful difference. The St. Anthony Parkinson's Support Group and Exercise Sessions provide a supportive environment focused on movement, education, encouragement, and community.
Participants engage in guided exercises designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall function while reducing the risk of falls. In addition to the physical benefits, the group offers an opportunity to connect with others facing similar challenges, share experiences, and find support and hope.
Family members, caregivers, and support persons are encouraged to attend and participate.
