Course Description
The We Are One St. Anthony Culture Workshop is an interactive, in-person experience designed to help employees connect with what it means to be a part of St. Anthony. The workshop focuses on our We Are One culture and the behaviors and interactions that shape the experience of our patients, residents, families, coworkers, and community. It reinforces how each employee contributes to our shared culture and supports St. Anthony's Mission, Vision, Values, and Catholic Franciscan heritage through the work we do every day.

Workshop space is limited and each registration reserves a seat that could otherwise be available to another employee. By registering, you are committing to attend the selected session. If circumstances arise that you cannot attend, please contact your director or the St. Anthony Education department if you need to cancel your registration at 712-794-5243 or email [email protected]
St. Anthony may cancel the workshop if insufficient enrollment occurs.
