The 7th Annual Back-to-School Children’s Health Clinic hosted by New Opportunities Health Services

Tuesday, August 10th

4:00pm-7:00pm

New Opportunities:  23751 Hwy 30 East in Carroll, IA.

This is a free event to help children (ages preschool to 12th grade) meet the requirements needed to go to school.

  • Physicals (Including Pre-K & Sports)
  • Dental Screenings
  • Immunizations
  • Vision Screenings
  • Health Insurance Information (Including Hawki)
  • Developmental Screenings
  • Lead Testing
  • Haircuts
