Blue C.H.I.P.S. Staff Recognition Program promotes team camaraderie and fulfillment by providing employees an opportunity to recognize and appreciate each other in ways that align with these Blue C.H.I.P.S. attributes of collaboration.
When staff would like to recognize a co-worker for being collaborative, helpful, innovative, progressive, or if they simply want to give them a shout out for a job well done, they can submit a Blue C.H.I.P.S. Recognition Form electronically via the link below.
The person completing the form will identify the Blue C.H.I.P.S. area in which they would like to recognize their co-worker and provide a few details about why.

After submitting the form, the nominee and their supervisor will receive the recognition electronically, and the nominee will be entered for a chance to win a cash prize. The Employee Engagement Committee will review submissions each quarter and select five nominees to receive a $250 prize and to be part of a recognition ceremony.
